Ahava Cohen, RSC Representative for Europe

Ahava Cohen holds a doctorate in Information Science from Bar Ilan University, where she focused on implementations of RDA in academic libraries. She is head of the Cataloguing Section at the National Library of Israel in Jerusalem and serves on the steering committees of the Israeli Union List and the Israeli National Authority File. Ahava teaches cataloguing and technical services courses in the MLIS program at David Yellin College and provides training for public libraries through the Israel Center for Libraries.

Filiberto Felipe Martinez Arellano, RSC Representative for Latin America and the Caribbean

Filiberto Felipe is full professor and researcher at the National Autonomous University of Mexico (UNAM) in the Information Organization area. He teaches cataloguing and metadata standards courses at the undergraduate and graduate programs on Library Science and Information Studies at UNAM. Additionally, he has been Chair of the Cataloging Department and Assistant  Director for Technical Services at UNAM General Direction for Libraries.
