She has worked in the field of special collections cataloguing for nearly two decades and previously held positions at the Newberry Library, an independent research library in Chicago.

Following Ebe Kartus's presentation at the RDA Public Session on 8 April, RSC Oceania Representative Charlotte Christensen (pictured) shared further information at the NARDAC Forum on the Practical Implementation of Official RDA at NLNZ.
She shared that the metadata team's key implementation notes so far are
