RSC Operations Documents

These operations documents were first approved by the RSC on 1 August 2019 and supersede the earlier Policy Document Series. The documents are an initial attempt to articulate post-3R RSC processes and will continue to be reviewed and updated.

• RSC/Operations/5/2025 -- Guidelines for Discussion Papers, Proposals, and Responses to Them [updated 9 April 2025 ; superseded by RSC/Operations/2/2026 and RSC/Operations/3/2026 - RSC/Operations/5/2026 will be discussed at the November 2026 RSC Meeting]
