Status: This proposal was discussed at the July 2021 asynchronous meeting of the RSC. It was approved with amendments at that meeting and was implemented in the RDA Registry and in the December 2021 release of RDA Toolkit.
We are looking for someone with expertise in RDA and cataloging to take on the role of Wider Community Engagement Officer (WCEO) for a two-year term.
This role will provide valuable developmental experience in the international arena as well as the opportunity to be an integral part of the team responsible for developing RDA: Resource Description and Access.
In light of the continuing COVID-19 pandemic, the EURIG Executive Committee has decided to hold the 2021 Annual Meeting virtually, in a format similar to that of the 2020 Annual Meeting.
The meeting will take place May 4-5 as a 2.5 hour webinar each day.
