RSC October Meeting: agenda available and public session open for registration

The next meeting of the RSC will take place on 17-20 October inclusive at the offices of Die Österreichische Bibliothekenverbund und Service GMbH (OBVSG) in Vienna.

The agenda is available: RSC/Agenda/413-443. The two proposals under discussion are:

These will be discussed during the public session on 17 October, which observers are very welcome to attend. Technical Team Liaison Officer Damian Iseminger will also share the results of the recent survey on soft-deprecated terms, for which the RSC would like to thank members of the wider RDA community for sharing their current practices and views.

If you would like to attend this meeting as an observer, please complete the registration form at https://www.obvsg.at/bibliothekenverbund/rsc-outreach-event/anmeldung-public-session by 12 October.

Our hosts, OBVSG are able to welcome some observers in person (first come, first served) and a wider number of observers via MS Teams.

You may also be interested in the half-day event organised jointly with OBVSG, RDA: Think Globally, Act Locally, which takes place the day before and, again is open to a limited number of participants in person and a larger number online via MS Teams. Please note: if you would like to attend both events, you do need to register separately for each.

Please do not make arrangements to travel unless and until your registration is confirmed by OBVSG.
