Call for Host Institution for RSC Meeting in November 2024
At its meeting in October, the RDA Steering Committee (RSC) confirmed the dates of its meetings for 2024 as follows:
29 January to 1 February 2024, asynchronously, with an online Public Session on 30 January, 9-11pm CET.
15-18 April 2024, asynchronously, with an online Public Session on 16 April, 9-11pm CEST.

On 17 October, the RSC will be delighted to welcome registered observers to its public session. Having previously published the agenda, we are pleased today to publish the papers as follows:

The next meeting of the RSC will take place on 17-20 October inclusive at the offices of Die Österreichische Bibliothekenverbund und Service GMbH (OBVSG) in Vienna.

The RDA Steering Committee (RSC) seeks a qualified library professional with expertise in RDA and cataloging to take on the role of RDA Examples Editor for a two-year term.
Survey on Soft-Deprecated Terms: Please respond by 15 September 2023
The RSC made a commitment to the library community during the 3R Project that any existing element in original RDA would be retained as long as it did not conflict with the IFLA Library Reference Model (LRM).
