• First: Subscribers to RDA Toolkit need to sign the RDA Toolkit License Agreement. Read, sign, and fax or email a copy of the RDA Toolkit License to (312) 280-5280 or rdatoolkit@ala.org. You do not need to sign and return the End User License Agreement (EULA)—it is here for your information. These licenses/agreements follow standard practice for this kind of product.
• Second, place your order from anywhere in the world via the RDA Toolkit Support Center. Communicate the type of subscription and number of concurrent users. We will contact you to confirm receipt of your request and your signed license, discuss payment options, create an invoice, and process your subscription. While your subscription is in process, we'll work with you on access.
