In 2012 ALA Publishing, on behalf of the RDA Co-Publishers, and Rojas Eberhard Editores announced an agreement that granted the Bogotá-based publisher permission to translate RDA: Resource Description and Access into Spanish and to publish and distribute the print version of Spanish-language RDA.

Rojas Eberhard, through Infolink Colombia SAS, sells licenses for the online version RDA Toolkit in the following Spanish-speaking countries: Argentina, Bolivia, Chile, Colombia, Costa Rica, Dominican Republic, Ecuador, El Salvador, Equatorial Guinea, Guatemala, Honduras, Mexico, Nicaragua, Panama, Paraguay, Peru, Spain, Uruguay, and Venezuela.
