The details of the February release follow.
Users has requested added functions and improved performance for the workflow editor, including adding line numbering and improving importing of data so that the format is retained.
It has been brought to our attention that the date format (mm/dd/yyyy) we use on documents is used almost exclusively in the U.S. and is not immediately intelligible to RDA Toolkit's international audience.
It is important for users to know if, when, and how an instruction has changed. There should be a revision history function that allows users to access the information regarding how an instruction has changed and when it was changed.

Users need search to return hits for similar concepts including variants forms of words, alternate spellings, plurals, abbreviations, acronyms, etc. ALA will track and maintain these similar concepts in an RDA Toolkit search thesaurus/index.
Users would like an alphabet menu to navigate the index.
When a user clicks through to an ERD from a search results page, there is no “return to results” option on the ERD page display.
Some users would like to see the definition of a glossary term without having to click through to the glossary.
Users have a range of preferences regarding the display of RDA instruction examples. Some may prefer that the examples are always displayed (the default), while others may prefer that the examples always be hidden. Some might prefer a truncated view of the examples.
Institutions would like to create and maintain their own set of default preferences that apply to profiles created under their account.
